  State Fee:
  Every “Certified” Birth Certificate obtained through our Company is issued by the State,
  County or Municipality in which you were born. It is a Legal Vital Record for the use in
  obtaining a Driver’s License, Passport or other legal requirements needed for verifying your
  identity and or citizenship. We do not set or have control over the State Fee for Birth Certificates.
  The fee for a “Certified” Birth Certificate varies from State to State and in some cases, the fee will
  vary between State, County and Local Agencies. With our experience and contacts, we are able to

  Shipping:
  Most State and Local Vital Statistics Agencies will Expedite the shipping of your Certified
  Birth Certificate by Federal Express or UPS Priority Overnight Delivery. Shipping costs vary by
